Scrap Wood
Paint - Red, White, Blue
Paint Brush - desired width of stripes
Star Stencil
Small Sponge
Spray Varnish
Creative Steps
Lightly sand block
Paint the entire block blue
Add red stripes - horizontally, diagonally or vertically
Stencil the stars (place stencil on block, load sponge with white paint and lightly tap stencil with sponge)
Spray with varnish
Finish with decorative ribbon, raffia or enjoy without embellishments
