Oh the weather outside might be frightful...
So lets bundle up, grab that heavy wool coat, scarf, and mittens...
A few friends...and...off we go...into a world of magic...
Yes, there is something magical about singing on the front steps of your neighbors house...
I remember it well when our children were little and they stood in awe at the sound of music, those precious Christmas carols, and after the vocal serenade we would invite them in for warm cocoa topped with marshmellows or whipped cream, a few Christmas cookies, and maybe another song or two :0)
Here we come a-caroling, among the leaves so green;
Here we come a-wand'ring so fair to be seen.
Love and joy come to you,
And to you glad Christmas too,
And God bless you and send you a Happy New Year,
And God send you a Happy New Year.
