"Girly" Baby Shower - Tea, Pink, Polka Dots and Birds

Notice the way we used dessert dishes for the individual cake pedestals and the jar filled with glass stones to hold the tree branches.

Each of the baby's names were written on individual cakes for the mommy's. Notice the paper hearts are sprinkled everywhere.

This tea set is from Grammie's wedding 33 years ago.

Guest party favors where boxed loose leaf tea.

We carried out the graphic design on the cupcakes, banner and guest party favors. This design was purchased on Etsy.

The bird house were painted in two different shades of pink and then lightly sanded. They were embellished with hearts and ribbon that was cut from netting.

We also accented with tissue balls ~ VERY EASY to make.

A tea party fit for the new princesses.

The guests honor.
The photo doesn't show this but the frosting was a glitter pink ~ so cute!
This was such a delightfull event
 - a baby shower for my future granddaughters! After six grandsons both my daughter in-law and daughter are due within three weeks of each other and they are both having girls (can you give me a whoot whoot!).  Above are some photos from the pink/girly baby shower that we enjoyed (click on photo for caption and larger view).

I hope you find some inspiration for your future event ~ Sheryl
